Team,

A good 3-1 win  - the sort of game we may have faltered on last year, but we have the teamwork and confidence to close out these games successfully now.  Especially pleasing is we are achieving wins with different team combinations underlying our growing strength.

But we still seem to be trying too hard to score goals - ie we get a little too impatient up front.  We again dominated possession and could have scored many more goals - we just need to create more forward space and work the ball - then the goals will come…

Solid game from Ollie in goal , Raph looked good as he started to pass more and was unlucky not to score 2, Martin played another 110% effort game - rewarded with 2 goals to take him past last year's tally, James H played into space well - justly deserving his goal and Matt played well in his first game back.  Man-of-the-match was Tom who stepped into the defensive line today and showed great poise and control to always be in the right place at the right time coupled with a very high rate of successful passes to team mates - a very high quality game
